Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indroyd Labs, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our products and services. The following outlines our Refund & Cancellation Policy for purchases and subscriptions made through Indroyd Labs.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards software licenses, RFID systems, hardware products, or services provided by Indroyd Labs are non-refundable once the order has been processed, software has been activated, or hardware has been shipped.

2. Cancellations Before Delivery

If a cancellation request is made before the license key is issued, software is activated, or hardware is shipped, Indroyd Labs will process refunds as follows:

No Hardware Involved: If the order does not involve any hardware and cancellation is requested before the software is activated, a full refund will be credited to the original source account within 3 working days.
Hardware or Customization Involved: If the order involves hardware or any customization, Indroyd Labs may deduct applicable processing/customization charges. The deductible amount will be communicated to the customer, and the remaining refundable amount will be credited to the source account within 7 working days.

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewals of subscriptions (for example, software licenses or support services) are billed in advance. Clients must notify Indroyd Labs at least 7 days prior to the renewal date if they wish to cancel an upcoming renewal. No refunds will be processed for subscriptions already renewed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of Indroyd Labs will be final in such cases.
